In a nutshell, this is two Red Hot Chili Pepper tracks 'Pretty Little Ditty' and 'Tell Me Baby' sitting on top of the beat to Rhianna's 'Umbrella' with some Christina Aguilera warbling thrown in for good measure. Oh, and some home made samples to season the whole thing.

Introducing....

Hi everyone! I'm Louise Annette Smart and this is my new blog. Here I will be posting examples of my original compositions and a spot of mashup for fun.

I'm trained in electro-acoustic composition traditionally (BMus Hons from Birmingham conservatoire) and I lead the Conservatoire's Samba Drumming Group (Samba Central) as well as teaching samba bateria's around the Midlands.

After spending quite a lot of time with Colatron, the mash-up interest has also finally rubbed off on me enough to give it a go for myself, so expect to see the occasional mashup/bootleg track here also.
